Specifically, Mr. Haberkorn, who is the Managing Partner of Lowis & Gellen’s corporate practice, is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, which represents the bulk of the Midwest of The United States. His legal practice throughout the entire country includes both transactional and litigation experience. Specifically in the litigation realm, he has handled significant D & O litigation matters such as breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and violations of state corporation and limited liability company laws. In addition, over the past 20 years, Jerry has handled a significant number of merger and acquisition related matters including alleged breach of representation and warranties claims, as well as fraud allegations. He has published a wide variety of articles both in the U.S. and the U.K.
