Business Crime | Brazil

Reale Advogados Associados is a boutique Brazilian law firm based in São Paulo, known for its dedication to delivering high-impact legal solutions in complex and sensitive areas of law. Specialising in business crime, the firm has built a reputation for personalised client service, discreet handling of sensitive matters and profound legal scholarship.

Founded with the mission of delivering bespoke legal strategies tailored to the needs of companies and their executives, Reale Advogados takes pride in selectively managing its caseload to ensure the highest standards of representation. The firm regularly advises and defends companies and corporate executives involved in: financial fraud and market manipulation, environmental and tax-related criminal allegations, anti-corruption and compliance investigations, cybercrime and digital fraud, as well as criminal liability arising from corporate operations.

Today, Reale Advogados' client roster features high-profile corporations from the technology, financial and agricultural sectors, including: Crypto.com – a cryptocurrency platform; Corteva Agriscience – a global agricultural chemical and seed company; as well as the Bank of China – an international banking institution.

Unlike high-volume litigation firms, Reale Advogados operates under a boutique model that emphasises quality over quantity. This strategic approach enables attorneys to immerse themselves in each case, work closely with clients and deliver highly customised legal strategies. The firm avoids a one-size-fits-all methodology, instead employing a bespoke legal framework that reflects each client’s operational and regulatory context.

Brazil is one of the world’s agricultural powerhouses, and Reale Advogados plays an important role in safeguarding this sector’s legal interests. Accordingly, the firm advises clients in the agriculture and livestock industries on criminal liability related to environmental violations, pesticide usage, rural labour practices and regulatory infractions.
