Her expertise includes shareholders’ disputes, enforcement of contracts, liquidations, insolvency and re-structuring.<br><br>In recent years, she gained practical experience in corporate transactions in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, listings on the stock exchange, bond issues and schemes of arrangement. This is in addition to exposure to the international corporate atmosphere obtained whilst on secondment in the corporate department of Slaughter and May, where she assisted in various corporate transactions on the take-over code, sanctions, data protection laws, amongst others. She has recently completed a nine-month long secondment at one of the leading banks in Botswana. <br><br>Ms Diloro holds a Bachelors of Laws Degree from the University of Botswana and is admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public.<br>
