Our Law Firm has handled a lot of cases, covering diverse issues of public procurement. It has a great experience on participation in public tenders, on behalf of big companies, as well as on the submission of their complaints before the European Commission concerning:

1. The Tender for the Public Transportation Organisation of Thessaloniki OAST (The Organization of Urban Transportation). 
2. The Tender for the project of the highway « D1 Mengusovce-Janovce » in Slovakia, referring to specific infringements of community provisions, as the contracting authority erred in using a criterion of experience as one of the award criteria.
3. The Tender for the award of the project about the power station- unit, launched by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.
4. The direct award of the project about the supply of software, hardware and services to a worldwide company of software, launched from the Hellenic Public.

The European Commission accepted the legality of the above complaints and all cases were led to an amicable settlement between the states involved and the Commission.

Furthermore our law firm provided advice on European law issues to the Technical Chambers of Greece for a period of 15 years took part in the law-making procedures (directives and regulations). Our firm drafted the calls for tenders on behalf of the Water Supply Company of Thessaloniki and the region of Central Macedonia. 

Finally, the Ministry of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Transport and Communications of Greece assigned on August 2009 our firm to draft the law on mergers of foundations and organizations of the above ministry.
