Olga Dmіtrieva was born on September 6th, 1965 in Kyiv.

In 1987 Olga Dmіtrieva graduated from Taras Schevchenko State University of Kyiv having obtained the speciality “Jurisprudence”.

After graduation in 1987 Olga Dmіtrieva joined the Kyiv Regional Bar.

In 1992 Olga Dmіtrieva underwent a training course in the law firm in Canada.

From 1993 to 1994 she was heading the legal department of Ukrainian-German joint venture.

In 1994 Olga Dmіtrieva establised the own legal business, she is a founder and director of Dmіtrieva & Partners Law Firm. The object of the company’s activities is rendering of a full range of legal services in such spheres as real estate, land legal relations, investment, economic law, taxation, corporate law, foreign-economic activity, privatization, bank and insurance law, corporate legal relations, protection of intellectual property, representation of clients’ interests in court.From 1998 till the present time Dmіtrieva & Partners Law Firm is among 50 leading law firms of Ukraine according to the results of annual research conducted by the newspaper “Legal Practice”, has a number of rewards and diplomas, i.e. the Diploma of the Winner of a contest «Recognition - 2004» in the nomination «The best law company in the real estate market of Ukraine - 2004» of 09.10.2004 within the 2nd specialized exhibition-forum «The real estate. Financing. Outlook-2004».

In 2003 – 2004 Olga Dmіtrieva got the second higher education in Kyiv National Economic University having obtained the speciality “Financial Management”. 

In 2006 Olga Dmіtrieva was elected the member of the Board of the UAA and in 2008 she was elected the President of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association. In 2011 she was reelected to this post.

In 2012 during the Constituent Congress of Advocates of Ukraine Olga Dmіtrieva was elected the Head of the Higher Audit Bar Committee of the National Bar Association of Ukraine.

She has numerous rewards, diplomas, certificates, in particular: Commendation of Prime Minister of Ukraine, Commendation of the Higher Qualification Bar Commission of Ukraine under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Commendation of INA “European Chamber of Arbitration” and others. 

Olga Dmіtrieva is among 100 best lawyers of Ukraine according to the results of the All-Ukrainian professional research of the legal services quality rendered by Ukrainian lawyers “Client’s Choice 2010-2011”, and in international law, foreign economic activity rendered by Ukrainian lawyers “Client’s Choice 2012-2013”conducted by the All-Ukrainian weekly edition “Yurydychna Gazeta”.

Olga Dmіtrieva is the author of 25 articles and comments, executive Editor of the magazine Newsletter of Ukrainian Advocates’ Association.

Membership: member of International Bar Association  from 1993, member of Ukrainian Bar Association from 2004, member of Ukrainian Advocates’ Association from 2006.

In 2013 Olga Dmitrieva was awarded by the Order of Ukrainian Advocates’ Association “The outstanding Attorney of Ukraine”.
